Business Analyst - Google Jobs

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Google, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business problems, develop data-driven solutions, and drive process improvements.

Job Summary

As a Business Analyst on our team, you'll be responsible for providing execution measurement, analyzing trends, and surfacing insights to inform business decisions. You'll work with senior management to drive high-impact projects, collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and implement business strategies, and help drive the growth of Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and timelines, and manage project execution
• Work with business, product, and engineering partners to translate insights into tests, measurements, and business cases for scaling initiatives
• Define, develop, and automate key metrics and dashboards to support decision-making by stakeholders
• Apply causal inference, predictive models, and machine learning to drive segmentation, improve measurement, and enhance customer targeting
• Ensure a high level of excellence and quality in all projects, and share best practices across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, computer science, mathematics)
• Experience with project management, data analysis, and SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Preferred experience with Python, R, data science, machine learning, and A/B testing
