Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing complex technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $31/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technology initiatives with company-wide impact
• Develop and implement guidelines and best practices for engineering complex technology solutions
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
• Analyze and evaluate complex technology solutions to achieve strategic business goals
• Collaborate with key technical stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
• Lead projects, teams, or act as a peer coach

Requirements:

• 3+ years of computer programming experience
• 3+ years of Spring experience
• 3+ years of Core Java experience
• 3+ years of JSON development experience
• 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services experience
• 3+ years of MongoDB experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of test-driven and behavior-driven application development
• Experience with Kafka, Microservices, and SDLC tools
• Knowledge of design and development of modern web applications and mobile technologies
• Experience with stream processing frameworks like Apache Storm/Flink
• Online financial experience
