This remote position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities:
- Flight Booking: Assist clients in booking flights by researching and recommending the best options based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Reservation Management: Manage flight reservations accurately and efficiently, including booking tickets, confirming availability, and processing payments.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide flight options, and assist with booking changes or modifications.
- Flight Information: Stay informed about flight schedules, routes, and airline policies to provide up-to-date information and guidance to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, handling complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the reservation process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
