Job Summary

In this full-time or part-time remote position, you will work closely with our utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
• Developing and maintaining a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy
• Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
• Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment
