Remote Medical Insurance Representative - Florida Residents Only ($17/hour)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Insurance Representative to join our remote team, working with a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client. As a subject matter expert, you will provide exceptional support to patients, develop and review content, and analyze complex problems to deliver expert solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients and provide support
• Develop and review content, such as manuals, training materials, and documentation, to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information, using computer skills for data entry
• Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions, operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
• Collaborate with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed
• Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent Medical Benefits experience (required)
• Recent Medical call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• High Speed Internet with Modem access
