Program Overview

Our 2-3 year apprenticeship program offers a unique blend of hands-on work experience, academic learning, and professional development. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside our experienced teams in our state-of-the-art facilities, gaining valuable insights and skills in one of the following fields:

• Process Technician
• Instrument Electrical Technician
• Millwright/Mechanical Technician

You'll also have the opportunity to earn a company-paid Associate's degree from a local community college, with paid tuition, wages, and benefits. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be highly considered for a full-time role within our company.

Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you'll be responsible for:

• Operating equipment and performing operations-related activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshooting process, product quality, safety, and environmental problems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and improve processes
• Developing and applying technical skills and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence

Qualifications

To be considered for our apprenticeship program, you should:

• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be 18 years or older on or before your start date
• Have a current, valid US driver's license or the ability to obtain prior to your start date
• Be able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis, including weekends and holidays
• Be willing to learn and actively participate in training programs to gain a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
