Job Summary

As a Copilot at Duckbill, you'll work alongside our members and team to deliver exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of personal tasks, from scheduling and event planning to shopping and vendor management. Your goal will be to provide personalized support, ensuring our members have more time to focus on their priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients directly, researching options, and making purchases on their behalf
• Manage a broad range of personal tasks, including:
  • Making reservations and booking appointments
  • Shopping for gifts, event planning, and travel assistance
  • Coordinating vendor management and logistics
• Examples of tasks may include:
  • Finding providers and booking medical appointments
  • Helping members plan events, such as birthday parties and date nights
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and vendor services

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, C-Level Assistance, or High-End Retail is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable and robust internet connection required
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old
