About the Role
Globe Life AO is hiring! We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Benefits Representatives. This is a remote position with full training provided, making it the perfect opportunity for those looking to start a new career, switch industries, or gain valuable experience in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients virtually with enrolling in their benefits packages
- Provide personalized service and support for policyholders
- Conduct virtual presentations and consultations
- Learn and promote company products with integrity and clarity
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High level of motivation and a team-player attitude
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willing to obtain a state insurance license (we help with that!)
