Key Responsibilities:

• Support two Territory Managers with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with suppliers to communicate key information, manage special projects, and maintain account relationships
• Track key metrics to guarantee top-quality product offerings in designated territories, driving business growth and competitiveness
• Perform regular quality checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our product offerings
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and refine our product offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1+ year of professional experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
• Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on hospitality, business, or a related field
• Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
