As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will be responsible for planning and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Job Responsibilities: * Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide input on requirement and design documents * Audit requirements for assigned projects and create test cases as necessary * Work closely with the Development and Quality Assurance teams on testing required code changes * Create, modify, and execute programming test plans, manual scripts, and automated test suites * Identify and report software defects and maintain documentation of test results to aid in investigating and resolving software issues * Review test results to identify defects, ensure features and Client Stories function as intended, and suggest corrective action as necessary * Adhere to and maintain software quality assurance guidelines, processes, and controls in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Requirements: * Strong knowledge of SDLC and SQA approach, as well as experience testing in Agile or DevOps teams * Excellent analytical, logical, communication, and critical thinking skills * Experience and knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems * Experience with AS400, SQL, and the ability to write basic SQL queries * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts/plans to various audiences * Must be conscientious and able to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs * Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills * Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications: * General working knowledge or experience working with Supply Chain, E-commerce, Business Logistics, or Warehouse organizations * Experience working with AS400, RPGLE, SQL * Experience with integration tools - IBM MQ, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, SAP PI/PO, Real B2Bi, Axway, UC4 * Degree in computer science or related technical field preferred Why Join Our Team: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team * Professional growth and development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Ready to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
