As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Input data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets with high accuracy and speed
• Update order statuses for customers and verify data for completeness and accuracy
• Compile, verify, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure data integrity
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files as needed

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Experience working in a data entry role is a plus
