Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams and projects to achieve executive-level objectives
• Design, develop, and implement innovative financial solutions, methodologies, and tools
• Provide expert advice and guidance to executives on complex business issues
• Represent executive management at meetings and functions, and provide presentations on behalf of the team
• Exhibit executive-level business etiquette and knowledge, and act independently on behalf of the department or division

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, planning, consulting, project management, accounting, audit, tax, or operational analysis
• Advanced analytical, human relations, and communication skills
• Proven experience in making executive-level recommendations and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, software, and tools, including SQL, Azure Databricks, and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate FP&A environment, preferably in the transportation/logistics industry
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant analytical field
• Proficient in the use of SQL and experience working with financial systems such as Essbase, Oracle EPBCS, etc.
