  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) or Part-time (24 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk - Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Wayne Counseling Center in Jesup, GA. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Under general supervision, you will perform a range of clerical and administrative duties, including:

  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supporting billing services, tracking and troubleshooting claims and payments, and maintaining related files and records
  • Obtaining and evaluating patient information to determine payment sources and maintaining consumer billing and related files and records
  • Preparing routine reports, attending training sessions, meetings, and conferences, and maintaining a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused orientation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of related experience in maintaining billing records, claims, statements, and/or reports
  • A current Georgia driver's license and ability to relocate to Jesup, GA 31545
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
