Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, warm, and organized classroom that meets the highest standards of care and education
• Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage partnership and support
• Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans using our proprietary curriculum, tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Passion for early childhood education and a genuine warmth towards young children and their families
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a state-required criminal background check
