Position Summary

• Compensation: Competitive salary ($12 - $14 per hour)
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Location: Remote (with opportunities for in-center and hybrid instruction)
• Schedule: Part-time role with flexible hours

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students
• Participate in positive interactions with parents and establish a high level of confidence and program value
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Assess students' progress and work collaboratively with team members
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework
• Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment

Qualifications

• A passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
• Willingness to learn and be trained
