Concorde Career Colleges is seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Online Adjunct Instructor to teach Anatomy & Physiology courses online. As a core member of our remote team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, fostering a culture of learning, and supporting student success.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Online Adjunct Instructor to teach Anatomy & Physiology courses in accordance with Concorde's curriculum requirements and standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging online learning environment, facilitating course competencies, and supporting student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for Teaching: Ensure assigned sections are accurate, set due dates, and make digital materials accessible.
• Teach Assigned Course(s): Present material in an engaging manner, maintain a conducive online learning environment, and respond to student communication.
• Support Student Success: Evaluate student progress, identify high-risk students, and provide feedback to support student success.
• Keep Accurate and Timely Records: Maintain student records, post grades, and meet Concorde's reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree from a nationally or regionally accredited institution in the discipline of the course or related subject area.
• At least 1 year of online teaching experience.
• Successful completion of Concorde's Online Facilitator Training course.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Access to a personal computer, broadband internet services, and required hardware/software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Canvas.
• A minimum of two years of online teaching experience.
