Manager, Commercialization Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Commercialization Engineer to lead the management, implementation, and execution of technical projects at The Coca-Cola Company. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, software development teams, hardware teams, and product owners to investigate and triage issues in the field, identify defect patterns, and develop project plans that meet our transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercialization, productivity, and strategic projects across internal and external manufacturing locations to deliver new products and technologies.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Lead technical aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting, and implementation of new products and packages.
• Collaborate with technical teams to execute new technologies, processes, and innovative solutions.
• Drive productivity initiatives across the system and identify opportunities to lower supply chain costs.
• Support package and product quality, and co-lead to minimize risk to the company and brand.
• Review prototypes and define improvements to ensure brand fit.
• Coordinate and lead technical projects that require cross-system and cross-functional cooperation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, preferably in the food, dairy, beverage/brewery, or personal care industries.
• Strong project management experience with the ability to define and lead projects.
• Ability to triage problems, prioritize, and propose resolutions.
• Fluent in software QA metrics, operations, and statistics.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with change management processes and new product development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
