We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinic Autism/ABA Therapist to join our growing team at Key Autism Services. As a Clinic Autism/ABA Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families, providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and implementing behavior support and treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
  • Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year)
  • 1-year ABA/RBT experience (or equivalent)
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
