Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Math Instructor/Tutor to join our team at Mathnasium of Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Math Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of 2nd-12th grade students, helping them to understand, master, and love math. Job Responsibilities:

• Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
• Assess student progress and engagement, providing individualized instruction and support
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional educational experiences
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained on our methodologies and materials
• Strong math competency (through at least Algebra I)
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities
