We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects within our Engineering and Product teams. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Position Overview:

At Revolution Prep, we're pioneers in live online education, and we're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed plans, and ensuring timely completion. Your exceptional leadership skills will inspire our team of engineers and product professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, scope, and schedules to ensure successful project completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables
• Foster a culture of innovation, effective communication, and coordination across teams
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal utilization of talent and expertise
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders
• Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards
• Evaluate project performance and implement best practices and process enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering and product development environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus
