We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for fitness, stretching, and mobility to join our team. If you have a degree in Sports and Exercise Science or a related field, or are a certified professional in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, or a similar discipline, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their flexibility goals
• Build and retain client relationships through exceptional customer service
• Maintain a safe and clean studio environment
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and membership goals

Requirements:

• Degree in Sports and Exercise Science or a related field, or certification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy)
• Previous experience in a fitness or health environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program
