We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic New Student Experience Specialist to join our team at New Mexico State University's Global Campus. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective students through daily calling campaigns to drive lead volume and schedule appointments with admissions representatives
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to prospective student inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records in Slate and provide daily updates on interactions with student leads
• Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet targeted enrollment goals
• Collaborate with other organizational units to resolve academic problems and process admission and graduation requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• No previous work experience required, but experience in student recruitment and retention is an asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of student recruitment and retention issues, as well as community outreach practices
