Job Summary

• Perform a range of airport-related tasks and be prepared to assist with daily operations in areas such as check-in, security, gates, and arrivals
• Conduct security checks, screen passengers, and verify travel documents
• Work closely with Lead Specialists to ensure smooth operations and provide administrative support
• Promote and sell American Airlines' services and products to clients
• Participate in mandatory training and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems (Saber/Qik)
• Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends and holidays
