Remote Part-Time Educational Consultant (K-12) - Make a Difference in Education

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Part-Time Educational Consultant to join our team of experts in providing high-quality professional development training and on-site support services to K-12 schools. As a consultant, you will play a vital role in improving student performance by delivering virtual and on-site coaching, support, and training to teachers and school leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain educational content on various platforms to support teacher capacity building
• Deliver high-quality virtual and on-site professional development, coaching, and support to teachers and school leaders
• Evaluate data and conduct classroom visits to develop and communicate professional learning plans
• Collaborate with schools to enhance teacher and administrative capacity through evidence-based coaching, curriculum development, and professional development
• Lead the development and implementation of rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience working in K-12 schools
• Strong knowledge of State Standards
• High competence in facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Google Classroom, Zoom, and other educational technology tools
• Current teaching and/or administration certification
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Mentor, Supervisor, or Coach
• Experience in virtual teaching and learning
• Professional development experience (design, implementation, facilitation, and leading)
