We are seeking an experienced Penetration Testing Manager to lead our team of skilled penetration testers in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in Amazon's devices, services, and applications. As a Penetration Testing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our products and services, and protecting our customers' trust.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing penetration testers to conduct in-depth reviews of hardware, bootloaders, radios, secure enclaves, embedded systems, and services, including authentication mechanisms, AI, mobile, web applications, and web service APIs. You will drive strategic initiatives, influence key stakeholders, and partner with teams throughout Amazon to enable the implementation of innovative security solutions and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Penetration Testing Team across multiple locations
• Manage and coordinate complex penetration testing projects involving multiple penetration testers, technology stacks, and development teams
• Drive strategic initiatives by influencing leadership, key stakeholders, and partnering with teams throughout Amazon
• Lead effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
• Write and deliver high-quality documents for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical security leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in Information Security related domains, with knowledge of security fundamentals, application vulnerabilities, and penetration testing methodologies
• BA/BS in Computer Science or 4+ years of related experience
• Experience communicating with a wide range of technical and non-technical partners and senior leadership
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, problem-solve, and make decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge
