Job Summary:

We're offering a unique opportunity for a Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team and earn a $25 Client Selection Spiff, plus up to a $150 Sign-On Bonus in your first year! As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home and collaborate with our global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Document filing and organization
  • Email and calendar management
  • Travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage contact lists
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
  • Organize managers' calendars
  • Perform market research
  • Create presentations as needed
  • Address administrative queries from employees
  • Provide top-notch customer service as the first point of contact
  • Handle ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (both oral and written, with flawless spelling and grammar)
  • Solid organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Able to work on a US time zone shift
  • Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office), online calendars, and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset

Technical Requirements:

  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Working webcam
  • Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
