Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive enterprise sales and increase market share
• Lead cross-functional teams to create holistic and effective marketing plans
• Manage relationships with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
• Translate business goals and guest insights into actionable and measurable marketing strategies
• Oversee owned brand activation and spearhead new initiatives to better serve our guests

Requirements

• Four-year degree required, Marketing emphasis or major preferred
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Proven track record of driving successful strategic marketing strategy and bias for action to deliver flawless execution
• Curiosity and drive to deeply understand guest needs, segmentation, and the business
• Proven leadership skills and ability to collaboratively engage key stakeholders across the organization
• Strong creative and media acumen with ability to leverage data to draft a compelling strategy and assess work against defined strategy & objectives
