Cold Fusion Team (REMOTE)

Eagle Harbor Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Cold Fusion Team with a Secret security clearance to support EHS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This is a remote opportunity. The Cold Fusion Team Lead will oversee and maintain our existing ColdFusion technology stack, which consists of 40+ separate applications as well as directing the integration of new features as needed. This role will formulate systems scope and objectives aligned with organizational plans and industry requirements. As more applications are integrated into the system or as applications evolve, the Team Lead will guide the transition of parts of the ColdFusion applications to Angular. The ideal candidate will interface with clients daily while managing activities, delegating programming tasks, reviewing requirements, and establishing documentation standards. They should work independently to determine requirements, make technical design decisions, oversee coding, implement quality assurance practices, and support custom web applications. The Team Lead will devise solutions for complex technical problems related to system capacity, operating time, and desired results. Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of overall Web Development experience
• 8+ years of design and development experience as a Cold Fusion developer
• 7+ yrs. experience using ColdFusion 11 or newer
• 5+ yrs. experience using Javascript
• 3+ yrs. experience of using RDBMS (Oracle/MS SQL Server/Postgres)
• 3+ CSS
• 3+ jQuery
• Knowledge of Docker/container implementation
• Knowledge of Web API development
• Experience creating detailed specifications for program development
• Experience providing technical consulting on complex projects
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers

Preferred Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities

• Experience in Human Resources application development
• 2+ yrs. experience of working in an Agile environment (SCRUM/KANBAN/SAFe)
• 3+ years of experience in Visual Studio v2017 or newer
• Experience with the fusebox framework is a plus
• GIT/TFS/DEVOPS Server React
• Quality assurance experience and implementation

Professional Skills/Experience

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Strong coordination and team leadership skills
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Solid Microsoft Office suite skills to include MS-Project and Visio
• Ability to provide technical guidance on business implications of various systems
• Experience aligning technical strategies with organizational goals

• Active Secret Clearance required
