Job Description

We are looking to hire an Jr Project Manager who has experience in equipment/supplies management. An entry level Supply Chain Resource could also be a good fit for this role. This role is a 2 year contract, fully remote, but candidate needs to work in PST hours. Manage supplies information across multiple databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency Meet with clients to identify and resolve supply-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction Research non-reporting devices to identify issues; update records accordingly, including generating work orders for technicians to investigate and resolve device issues Data comparison using multiple spreadsheets Update and maintain supplies projects used in customer presentations and strategic meetings Analyze and compare data from multiple spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external management, and senior executives to align efforts and support strategic business goals Lead customer-facing meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the customer regarding supplies issues Ability to work independently by applying critical thinking skills We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills And Requirements Proficient Excel experience (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting Experience With Smartsheet Preferred 1+ year experience working in a Project Management role Experience Working With Ticketing Software, ServiceNow Preferred Previous work from home experience MS Teams and/or Zoom chat/meeting experience Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making and problem resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Adaptable and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to navigate rapid change Working hours must be in PST null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
