Moreover, our board consists of seasoned reproductive care leaders who have invested in companies like Maven Clinic (raised $200M+), Carrot Fertility (raised $100M+), and more. The problem we're setting out to solve: Despite growing demand, there is a very limited supply of reproductive endocrinologists ("fertility specialists") in the US, compounded with an expectation of 20% of the workforce slated to retire in the next two years. These specialists are typically concentrated in coastal cities, limiting access to fertility care for many who seek access. From a training and licensure perspective, OB/GYNs are a natural extension to enable fertility specialists to see more patients with the right tech and partnerships in place. They are the first point of contact for patients seeking fertility services and are looking for new ancillary revenue streams, but lack the means to easily coordinate fertility care with specialists. Meanwhile, fertility specialists could increase their patient volumes - and patient impact - if they concentrate their efforts on the highest complexity fertility procedures. Branch Care is building a tech-enabled network of fertility and OB/GYN practices to address this workforce shortage, improve patient outcomes through data, and make fertility care accessible to all. The role: Branch Care is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician Advisor to help shape our clinical model and expand access to high-quality fertility care. As an advisor, you will provide strategic input on how we engage OB/GYNs, refine our product offering, and ensure our approach aligns with best clinical practices. Additionally, you will help us connect with OB/GYNs who may benefit from integrating Branch Care into their practice. This is a flexible, part-time advisory role requiring approximately 4 hours per month (spread across weekly 1-hour sessions). Please note there is no patient-care involved in this role. Key responsibilities:

• Clinical & Product Guidance: Provide feedback on Branch Care's fertility care model, ensuring it aligns with OB/GYN workflows and meets patient needs.
• Market Positioning: Review and refine our provider-facing materials, messaging, and overall positioning to resonate with OB/GYNs.
• Networking & Introductions: Identify and introduce OB/GYNs who may be a strong fit for our services.
• Strategic Insights: Offer perspectives on the evolving landscape of fertility care in OB/GYN practices, including best practices for adoption and implementation.
• Brand Building: Assisting with in-person, regional events; conferences; and online webinars.

What we're looking for:

• Board-certified OB/GYN with active clinical experience (5+ years is preferred).
• Passion for expanding access to fertility care and optimizing patient pathways.
• Strong network of OB/GYN colleagues open to innovative models of care, especially in the following regions: California, New York, Mid-Atlantic/North East, Texas.
• Willingness to provide high-level strategic feedback and clinical insight.
• Prior experience in an advisory or leadership role is a plus but not required.
