Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Employee Benefits Account Coordinator - Remote Full-Remote Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Can be flexible) Classification: Non Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire A global commercial insurance brokerage is seeking a Japanese bilingual Employee Benefits Account Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for supporting business accounts and ensuring excellent client service through close collaboration with insurance carriers and internal teams. Responsibilities: Manage client eligibility changes using online portals and benefits administration systems. Act as a liaison among insurance carriers, providers, and employees to resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues. Request quotes and prepare insurance proposals for new and existing clients. Assist with open enrollment by preparing benefits booklets, applications, and related materials. Provide timely, professional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal staff. Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: Required: 1+ year of Employee Benefits experience at an insurance brokerage. Preferred: Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). Required: Fluency in Japanese (speaking, reading, writing). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
