This is a commission-only role for experienced sales professionals who bet on themselves. You'll own the full enrollment conversation from first call to close, working with prospects who've already expressed interest in changing their careers. What You'll Own
- Full-cycle enrollment conversations via Zoom — from initial consultation through close
- Conversion targets — meeting weekly/monthly enrollment KPIs with a proven, high-ticket program
- Objection handling at a senior level — addressing concerns about career change, investment, time commitment, and ROI with confidence and empathy
- Your pipeline — tracking all prospects in CRM, following up consistently, nurturing leads who need time
- Student handoffs — coordinating with Student Success on payments, withdrawals, and support questions as needed
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Completed intensive product and sales training; shadowed top performers
- Closing enrollments independently with consistent conversion rates
- Earning $10K+ months regularly
- Developed your own objection-handling playbook based on what's working
- Received positive feedback from enrolled students on their experience
You're a Fit If
- You have 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- You've closed high-ticket or consultative deals where prospects needed to trust you before buying
- You're confident in commission-only compensation — you know you'll earn because you know you can close
- You make decisions quickly and don't need hand-holding on pipeline management
- You actively seek coaching and feedback — even experienced closers have room to improve
- You believe in education as a path to career change — you can only sell what you'd recommend to a friend

- Experience in EdTech, career services, or training enrollment
- Background selling to career changers, veterans, or non-traditional learners
