Meta is seeking an experienced and skilled Analytics Manager to join our Meta Business Services team. As an Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in rolling out our data strategy, building and maintaining data pipelines, providing advanced analytics solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and informed decision-making across our Finance Organization.Analytics Manager, Meta Business Services ResponsibilitiesDrive organizational wide data strategy including interfacing with technical teams like data engineering, data science, and applied researchDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouseDevelop and implement advanced analytics solutions using tools like Tableau and Thoughtspot to provide insights and support business decisionsFoster cross-functional working partnerships with business, engineering, and product teams, advocating for new analytics solutions to influence cross-functional roadmapsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Travel & Expense, Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, and other business teams, to understand their needs and develop analytics solutions that meet their requirementsWork closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, integrity, and securityDevelop and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and analytics solutionsStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and recommend new tools and approaches to improve our analytics footprintProvide training and support to end-users on the use of analytics tools and solutionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or relevant career experience8+ years of experience of advanced data analytics development3+ years of experience in program management or consulting, leading large scale data/analytics projects from concept through implementationProven experience of programming skills in languages such as Python and SQLExperience with data visualization tools like Tableau and ThoughtspotKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsCross functional communication and collaboration skillsExperience driving data strategy and governance in a corporate environmentPreferred QualificationsWork… Apply To This Job
