Qualifications

Our Eminent Domain Group is seeking an attorney with 5+ years’ complex litigation experience, including jury trial experience. Experience with public agency acquisitions, eminent domain and inverse condemnation litigation preferred. Candidates may be based in any California office. Candidates must be licensed in California.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an attorney with 5 or more years of experience is $137,000 - $200,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
