Tech Lead (PHP, Angular)

Sphere is helping to complete the platform connected with healthcare and is looking for a Tech Lead - PHP(Laravel) + Angular who will join our team.

The ideal candidate is experienced in designing complex systems using PHP, Laravel, Angular and Python and enjoys working hands-on with development teams to translate business goals into scalable software solutions.

You’ll lead architecture, support delivery, and guide cross-functional teams to meet roadmap objectives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using PHP (Laravel) and Angular.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and QA engineers to implement new features and improve existing ones.
• Define and evolve a scalable, maintainable architecture across systems
• Refactoring
• Lead code reviews, uphold clean code principles, and manage technical debt.
• Support product planning with pragmatic, tech-driven insights.

Technical Stack

• Languages: Angular, PHP Laravel, Golang, Python

• Databases: MySQL (clustered), Redis (caching)

• Cloud: AWS and Hetzner (nice to have), Docker/Kubernetes (containerization)

• CI/CD: Git, GitHub workflows, automated pipelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong background in both backend and frontend development.

• Experience with PHP and Laravel framework (Python/Golang - nice to have).

• Proficiency in Angular and front-end application design.
