Requirements
Working Requirements
- Working Location: Anywhere in Vietnam, remote.Candidates must be either Vietnamese citizens or hold a valid work visa for Vietnam. Applications from other countries will not be considered.
- Working Hours: You are expected to work an average of 8 hours a day, allowing for flexibility and autonomy. However, it is important to allocate time for daily communication and prompt response with the team, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Job Nature: Full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
- Language requirements: Fluent English for communication with international teams.
- We will provide the Macbook for work.
Technical requirements
- Possesses strong logical thinking, is skilled at analyzing and solving problems, and has good communication abilities.
- Demonstrates strong English proficiency and can communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders across various regions, particularly with the US team.
- Proficient in common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices.
- Master Computer Science fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices.
- 5+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift and shipping apps to the App Store.
- 3+ years of experience with modern Swift development practices, such as SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, and Reactive Programming (Combine, RxSwift, ReactiveSwift, etc).
- Experience with unit testing and automation testing.

Salary and Benefits
- Employment Structure: The employment contract will be managed through a Singapore-based HR firm. Compensation follows an hourly wage model, with full-time engagement expected by default (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).
- Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from USD $13 to $25, based on the candidate’s skills and experience.
- Paid Leave: We offer 12 to 20 days of paid leave annually, provided in the form of bonus hours.
- Work Equipment: A MacBook will be provided to support your work needs.
Recruitment Process
- Recommendation and Screening: Upon receiving a recommendation from our talent pool, and if you meet our basic requirements, you will be invited to complete a written technical task.
- Technical Task: You’ll have 7 days to complete and submit the task via a GitHub pull request. We encourage you to demonstrate your best practices in task decomposition, code quality, testing, documentation, commit history, and communication. This is a key step in our evaluation process.
- Code Review: Our team will conduct a detailed internal review of your submission and assess its alignment with our engineering standards.
- Interview Invitation: If your submission meets expectations, we will invite you to a remote video interview conducted in English. The interview will cover your technical expertise, general competencies, and salary expectations.
- Offer and Onboarding: If you perform well and accept the offer, we will proceed with contract signing before your official start date.

Q: How will I be paid if the hourly rate is in USD?
A: Your payments will be processed through a Singapore-based resourcing company, which provides a platform to convert your USD earnings into Vietnamese dong (VND) when you choose to withdraw. Please note that the actual amount received in VND will depend on the real-time exchange rate at the time of conversion.
