Skills & experience we're looking for ‍

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, static design, and video editing|Top Talent in Every Role
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro|Top Talent in Every Role
• Comfortable using Illustrator, Photoshop, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite|Top Talent in Every Role
• Experience creating high-quality static creatives (banners, carousels, ad units) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads|Customer Obsession
• Ability to adapt static assets to various aspect ratios and formats, maintaining visual consistency across platforms|Think Deeply
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, with the ability to communicate brand messages through engaging visuals|Customer Obsession
• Experience working on marketing videos, including adaptations and platform-specific versions|Move Fast
• Proficiency in basic video editing — trims, cuts, audio syncing, overlays|Owner not a Renter
• Able to manage clean and organized project files, reusable templates, and efficient asset structures|Owner not a Renter
• Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows|Pro-Sports Team
• Eager to explore new After Effects plugins, add-ons, and emerging visual techniques|Innovation & Make Magic

You’ll be responsible for ‍

Innovation → Explore new motion styles, plugin, and AI tools to enhance creativity and workflow

Innovation → Continuously push visual storytelling through engaging animation and design

Planning → Scope platform- specific creative needs and build scalable, reusable design systems.

Planning → Adapt static and motion assets across formats while ensuring brand consistency

Operations → Design, animate, edit high-quality content for marketing and in-app use
