Marketing Assistant (ZR_24986_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Scope

• Mid-level marketing support role reporting to VP of Marketing & Client Success
• Flexible work environment with reasonable deadlines and natural workflow
• Mix of creative and technical tasks across multiple marketing channels

• Support existing marketing strategy through execution and implementation
• Design print materials with understanding of pixel sizes and technical specifications
• Create and edit videos using Video AI tools for client support and marketing purposes
• Develop video bumpers for marketing and promotional videos
• Design social media banners and images for holidays and promotional events
• Manage and update WordPress-based website content
• Use Canva (teams version) for various design projects
• Follow marketing calendar to ensure consistent content delivery
• Collaborate on creative marketing initiatives including unique projects like prank call videos

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (top priority)
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
• Creative mindset with willingness to try new approaches with at least 3+ years of experience
• Not afraid to get hands dirty and figure out new tools and processes
• Ability to ask questions and learn quickly
• Mid-level experience
• Familiarity with Canva is a must
• Basic understanding of design principles including pixel sizes and technical specifications
