Software Engineering Manager I, Originations

As a Software Engineering Manager I, you will lead and mentor teams, develop solutions, and work in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading engineering teams
- Working experience in technical leadership, capable of providing mentorship, cross-functional project execution, collaborating on and executing technical vision and strategy
- 5 years of relevant senior level engineering experience
- Some experience working with Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience in microservices design strategies and implementation
- Experience with Cloud migrations and working in a mixed on-prem / cloud environment
- Preferred Experience: 2 years’ experience of leading initiatives in a Java ecosystem
