Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management. This individual will be responsible for the analysis, planning, and management of improved business process implementation and automation on internal projects.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis for complex business-optimization projects
- Lead change management efforts and ensure smooth transitions
- Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze business needs, workflows, and processes
- Understand product workflows and vision from top management
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments
- Monitor project performance and KPIs
- Prepare business cases and present ideas to stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support proposed solutions
- Develop and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates
