Role Overview We're hiring a Business Development Representative (1099 contractor) to accelerate our expansion in the U.S. market. This role is remote and commission-only to start with, but offers one of the most rewarding commission structures in the industry—including accelerators for high-value and recurring deals. You’ll be selling a globally differentiated, enterprise-grade platform in a booming HR tech category—giving you a unique edge to stand out and close faster. What You’ll Do

• Identify and qualify leads in HR tech, talent acquisition, and enterprise recruitment
• Own the entire sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing (in partnership with the founder)
• Engage with VP-/Director-level decision-makers in HR, TA, and procurement
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and GTM strategies
• Maintain lead hygiene, track pipeline progress, and forecast accurately
• Share prospect feedback to drive product evolution and sharpen positioning

• Regular syncs with marketing to align campaigns and messaging

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven track record in SaaS or enterprise B2B sales
• Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
• Experience managing the full sales cycle
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

• Experience in HR tech, recruitment SaaS, or AI/ML platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise HR buyers and procurement processes
• Prior success in commission-only or 1099 roles
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments
