About the Role

As a

RevOps Associate at Zowie, you will be instrumental in optimizing how our GTM teams operate — you’ll actively monitor how processes are followed, identify gaps, and propose improvements that make our operations more efficient and scalable. You’ll also support Demand Generation campaigns on the operational side - manage outreach tools and help our teams stay aligned and productive.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with GTM teams to maintain processes and daily operations.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate process efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Monitor adherence to processes and data quality standards.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ideally, you'll bring with you

  • Passion for process excellence and gaining insights from data.
  • Excitement and drive to use AI tools for personal productivity.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a knack for spotting inefficiencies.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable and organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • It'd be awesome if you also have

  • Solid data analysis skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, etc).
  • Email deliverability know-how
