Chief Compliance Officer

Infinite is a stablecoin payment processor. We offer businesses turnkey APIs and SDKs to instantly move money anywhere in the world at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions. The founding team previously built and scaled products at financial services category leaders Coinbase and Sardine.

Infinite is building the compliance operating system for borderless dollars. As Chief Compliance Officer, you will lead the definition and execution of our compliance-first product strategy to achieve our ambitious business outcomes, mission, and vision. You'll play a critical role in designing onboarding, monitoring, reporting, licensing, and GTM business operations to achieve a dominant position in the stablecoin market. Working collaboratively with engineering, sales, and operations as part of the founding leadership team, you'll ensure we meet our goals and lead the industry through innovative compliance products.

1. Compliance Program: Design, implement, and operate our internal compliance program spanning creation, staffing, and development to hit at scale unit economics

2. Sponsor Banking: Establish and manage local and correspondent FX sponsor banking operations, including virtual account, omnibus, and portfolio risk management and RFI product suites

3. Licensing Program Management: Coordinate internal and external legal and compliance matters, including fund flows, MSB/MTL licensing, and global regulatory posture (eg. MiCA)

4. Stablecoin Product GTM: Drive the go-to-market for innovative stablecoin and compliance capabilities, and own product revenue lines

• 12+ years of managing BSA, AML, and fraud programs around ACH, Crypto, and real-time payment rails, with a track record of driving 0-1 and 1-N products

• Track record of obtaining U.S. state and international licenses

• Expert in real‑time transaction monitoring and risk ML

• Executive presence with regulators, auditors, investors, & banks

• Hands‑on leader who scales teams from 0 → 30+

• Strong domain knowledge in global fiat and virtual compliance requirements

• Strategic thinker with excellent cross-functional leadership skills

• Passion for financial inclusion and the future of digital currencies

• Deep existing network and experience managing different customer personas
