What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Product Analytics Team Lead who thrives in uncovering actionable insights to steer business growth and product development. 

You’re not just an analyst—you’re a storyteller, synthesizing data into clear narratives that inspire action. You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and leverage your expertise in experimentation, analytics, and product strategy to propel Welltech’s wellness solutions forward. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ~ five analysts, fostering growth and delivering impactful insights.

• Oversee A/B testing initiatives and provide strategic recommendations based on results.

• Align analytics efforts with business goals by collaborating across  Product, and Engineering teams.

• Champion best practices in analytics and drive improvements in processes and infrastructure.

Required skills

• 5+ years in product analytics with leadership experience managing teams.

• Proficiency in SQL and tools like Python or R for advanced analysis.

• Expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, and product performance monitoring.

• Strong communication skills to guide the team and present insights to stakeholders.

• Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Proven success in managing teams in high-growth or startup environments.

• Experience with advanced data science techniques for supervised and unsupervised learning.

• Deep passion for Welltech’s mission to improve health and fitness globally.
