Job Overview:

As Associate Counsel/Corporate Counsel, you’ll provide support to multiple business departments across the full range of Foxen’s business activities. A significant portion of the role will focus on negotiating sales and vendor contracts. There also will be an opportunity to advise the business on a wide variety of legal topics that arise with a high-growth, tech-focused company. This position will report to Foxen’s Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and will also work regularly with Foxen’s Chief Legal Officer. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, business-minded attorney with a positive attitude who is energized by opportunities for accelerated learning and growth.We are open to candidates at either the Associate Counsel or Corporate Counsel level, depending on experience and qualifications.
