We’re growing and our People team is now looking for a People & TA Coordinator who’s ready to help us find (and welcome!) amazing new Kognities. If you love meeting new people, running smooth hiring processes, all while growing your HR knowledge — you might be exactly who we need.

What you’ll do

  • Hiring – You’ll run end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job ads and sourcing for talent, to making offers. You’ll make sure candidates feel welcome and excited to join us.

  • Be a trusted partner to our hiring managers – Help them shape roles, run smooth interview processes and make great hiring decisions.

  • Keep our people operations running smoothly – Maintain accurate data, contracts, payroll inputs and systems so everything stays on track.

  • Create smooth first (and last) days – Make sure onboarding and offboarding are welcoming, clear and positive.

What we’re looking for

  • Some experience in recruitment – Maybe you’ve helped hire roles before or worked in a talent acquisition team.

  • A people person & strong communicator – You keep candidates informed and hiring managers supported.

  • Proactive & solutions-focused – You spot what needs doing and jump in without waiting.

  • Organised & detail-oriented – You keep processes structured and clear, making it easy for others to follow along and trust that the details are right.

  • Curious about all things people – While your main focus will be hiring, you’re excited to learn more about HR in an international company.

  • Fluent written and spoken English – Swedish is not a requirement.

  1. Discovery Call with a Recruiter: A friendly chat with a Recruiter to explore if the role is likely to be a good mutual fit.

  2. Hiring Manager hangout - connect with the team lead to dive deeper.

  3. Case study: Work on solving real-world recruitment and HR related tasks.

  4. Values Interview: Share your experiences and ways of thinking in relation to our values.

  5. Leadership discussion: Connect with our CEO to talk about big ideas, bold vision, and where you could grow with us.
