Usability Analyst

We are hiring a Usability Analyst to join our User Experience Team within the Product Division. This role is essential to maintaining and growing user engagement through research-driven design solutions. You will be the champion of intuitive, user-centered experiences, ensuring our digital products are accessible, engaging, and effective for users. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative usability research 
• Develop research plans and apply the right testing methods 
• Analyze user behavior and translate findings into actionable recommendations 
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams 
• Build and maintain usability standards and UI guidelines 
• Create checklists, documentation, and training materials 
• Support iterative design through prototyping and wireframes 
• Promote consistent and intuitive user experiences across products 
• Monitor emerging UX trends and update practices accordingly 
• Improve information architecture and navigation flow  

Requirements

• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and information architecture 
• Proficiency in usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping 
• Strong research and analytical skills with a design-thinking mindset 
• Ability to communicate findings and design logic clearly 
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities
