US SDR Lead

In the past, only large enterprises needed to worry about security. Today, every startup holds significant customer data, and cybersecurity has become the top concern of 75% of all CEOs.

This means all developers need to ensure their platforms are secure, but the market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for purpose. We are a no-BS, open-source, intuitive security platform that developers actually like to use.

As our first US-based SDR Lead, you’ll build our outbound motion from scratch in the US. You’ll test channels, craft messages that convert, and turn cold strategic leads into pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run our outbound sales motion

• Outbound prospecting: cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling.

• Segment named accounts and build high-value target lists

• Set up and optimize outbound sequences

• Attend and represent Aikido at strategic events.

Requirements

• A senior BDR/SDR or current team lead ready to own and build a team

• Excellent writer and communicator in English

• Experienced with different sales tools: Hubspot, LinkedIn, Outreach, etc.

• Hands-on, ready to coach and lead others

• Willing to step in and set an example of “how it’s done”

• Strong understanding of dev tools, SaaS, and cybersecurity is a big plus
