Position Overview: A Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This role involves managing social media accounts, optimizing SEO, and running Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
  • - Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.- Create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and respond to customer inquiries.- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Google AdWords Management:
  • - Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.- Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that aligns with campaign goals.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to improve ROI.
  • SEO Optimization:
  • - Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Content Creation:
  • - Develop marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing promotional materials.

Metrics Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports on marketing activities and present findings to the marketing team.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for tasks such as printing and advertising.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords, SEO/SEM campaigns, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
