SALES REPRESENTATIVE – VISION CARE

Location: Guadalajara (Hybrid)

As a Sales Representative supporting the Vision Care team, you will be trusted to execute brand strategies and drive business growth with optical retail clients, direct customers, and ophthalmology professionals across Mexico City.

IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Achieving sales objectives according to product mix and category weight • Meeting visit targets with healthcare professionals (ECPs) and managing direct customer relationships • Implementing brand strategies at point of sale in alignment with Marketing and Key Account Managers • Promoting brand recommendation among pharmacy and optical store staff • Strengthening commercial relationships to ensure brand visibility, stock availability, and advocacy • Acting as a business advisor on product benefits, pricing, competitive advantages, and ROI • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity, promotions, and market trends • Participating in special events such as trade shows, openings, and conventions • Submitting reports on time (inventory, KPIs, field activity)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Optometry, or related fields

• No prior experience is required

• Advanced English

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical environments
• Business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills with internal teams and external clients • Teamwork, resilience, and time/resource management
